Boróka Jobb

As an emergency medical dispatcher and PhD student, my research focuses on first aid and the AI-assisted analysis of emergency call communication. My work examines the invisible early phase of emergency response. Those critical minutes when cooperation between the dispatcher and the lay caller may determine the quality and speed of assistance even before the ambulance begins to move.
